VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Finance Assistant: Track, process, and enter checks into database; manage
Excel spreadsheets; send follow-up correspondence to donors; good Excel skills a
must - TWO OR THREE DAYS A WEEK

Our rapidly expanding Precinct Captain program needs an administrator. This
volunteer opportunity would require, on average, three afternoons/evenings a
week. Responsibilities include training, tracking, and communicating with
precinct captains throughout the township. Willing to train, but familiarity with
Microsoft Excel and databases is a must. Access to a laptop is a plus.

Administrative support positions for field staff. Qualifications include
computer skills, ability to interact with volunteers, outstanding phone skills.
Minimum three days a week.

Making phone calls every day anytime between 11:00am and 8:00pm, especially
in the evenings

We need Precinct Captains, Media Team members, House Party hosts, and
project administrators.

Outreach Coordinators. Reach out to new volunteers to identify their skills,
interests, and ways they can help the campaign.

Helping with mailings
and other general office tasks

Working the front desk:
welcoming visitors and volunteers, answering phones,
other duties as assigned. This critical element is always available, and it's a
great low-pressure way to help the campaign.
